After payment clears, we send a Steam trade offer to the account you linked at checkout. Accept the offer and the skin moves to your inventory. Delivery time depends on Steam’s trade-hold policy for your account — see “How long until I get my skin?” below.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and major debit cards via Stripe — our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. All transactions are 3-D Secure verified. We do not accept PayPal.

Prices are locked at checkout. If a skin’s market price moves before you complete payment, we honor the price you saw when you started.

Our catalog is refreshed from partner marketplace feeds once a day, so a listing can sell upstream between refreshes. If a listing has sold by the time we pick it for your order, we either swap it for an equivalent listing of the same float tier, or refund the price difference — your choice.

We send trade offers as soon as payment is confirmed — usually within hours of operator review. Steam then applies its own trade hold before the skin moves: up to 8 days for accounts without Steam Mobile Authenticator, or up to 15 days after a recent password change or new-device login. This is Steam’s policy and applies to every CS2 marketplace, including Steam’s own. Once the hold ends, the trade completes automatically.

Yes — if the trade offer has not been accepted yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once the skin is in your inventory the sale is final, same as any Steam Market transaction.
